Unsubscribing from email

For immediate removal, click the removal request link at the bottom of the email message you received from us. You may also send us an email request at Email remove, however such requests can take as long as 30 days to process as opposed to clicking the link at the bottom of the email message which is immediate. If you choose to submit your unsubscribe request by sending us an email message, you must include the exact email address(es) you want removed. Really, it's easier and more effective to click the link at the bottom of the message(s) you received from us!

To ensure removal, please include all information from the mailing label where the mail was received and include it in an email. Please allow two weeks for removal to take effect. Alternatively, you can send the label to:

How Does Direct Mail Work? (I requested to be removed, but continue to receive mail. What's up with that?)

Duplicate records and other anomalies of databases can sometimes result in a removal request not being fully effective. Additionally, many businesses, including soundtraining.net, rent or purchase lists of names such as subscriber lists from various publications or customer lists from other companies. We maintain a database called a "suppression list" of people who don't want to receive our mailings, but very slight differences in addresses or names can result in a suppressed name or address being included in a mailing. If, after requesting to be removed, you continue to receive mailings from us, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure your name is excluded from future mailings.
