As an I.T. professional, you're probably quite familiar with the basics of Outlook, so this module is all about learning the hidden secrets of Outlook to get maximum benefit from it. The stand alone components in Outlook are a good start, but the real power is in the integration of Outlook features to create a single source of information to effectively manage and track all of your tasks.
